Charcoal Niku is a new restaurant that has recently opened its doors in the heart of the city. We specialize in grilled meat and seafood dishes, with a focus on using high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients and traditional cooking techniques to create our authentic flavor. We have two locations: San Gabriel and City of Industry.

Each course at Omaniku features prime cuts of meat, meticulously selected to highlight the finest flavors and textures. Our menu showcases USDA Prime steaks sourced from Greater Omaha and Snake River Farms, renowned for their exceptional quality. Additionally, we offer the exquisite Japanese A5 Wagyu from the Miyazaki Prefecture, renowned worldwide for its unparalleled marbling and tenderness.
